During the initial survey stage Riverside will visit your location to assess the physical aspects of your property (driveway width, any existing piers or posts, forward and sideways slope, swing gate areas, turning circles, car parking areas etc) and how those factors will influence the possible design options available. We will talk you through our findings and discuss your various preferences and ideas before contemplating the possible solutions. After careful consideration you will receive our recommended design for your gate, its automation if required and your preferred access control solution together with a firm price quotation.

During the installation phase you will be assigned a lead engineer who will take ownership of the management of your project. We will co-ordinate with any builders or architects involved in the project or we will manage building contractors on your behalf. Riverside understand the need to be flexible in this area and we are happy and experienced to take on as much or as little secondary contractor control as is required. The material used during the installation of the automation system with always be top quality and our experienced installers will ensure the finished system will not only be functionally perfect but will look outstanding too. The overall finished effect of a Riverside Gate and railing system is always very impressive!  

RiversideCare Maintenance services

Riverside Gate Automation provides automated gates and access controls systems of the very highest quality, with proven operational reliability to match. All Riverside customers are automatically allocated a BronzeCare contract status on our customer database. This ensures that you can contact us at any time post installation for reactive emergency assistance.

However, to ensure prolonged reliable operation, maximum system life and speedy cost effective ongoing support we recommend that all of our clients take on an enhanced silver or gold maintenance contract. These contracts ensure that preventative maintenance actions are carried out on a regular basis to avoid preventable failures. Also in the rare event of a system or component failure one of our engineers is available to repair your system rapidly in a guaranteed time at a reduced cost.

Riverside SilverCare

• An enhanced level of service giving extra peace of mind, a guaranteed response time to attend to site, reduced hourly engineering rates and an annual preventative maintenance routine.
• Riverside will guarantee a response to your emergency call no later that the end of the next business day.
• Extended on site engineering time charged at 30% discount on standard rates.
• Riverside will carry out a set of routine preventative maintenance tasks on your systems once per annum. This will include system operation, gates, motors, underground boxes and drainage, safety system checks and access control.

Riverside GoldCare

• Our high end support service package designed for maximum peace of mind, giving guaranteed prioritisation for on site attendance, guaranteed response time to attend site, reduced hourly engineering rates and enhanced preventative maintenance routine.
• Riverside will prioritise your emergency call out above all other activities and classes of contracts to ensure timely attendance and will guarantee to attend site no later than the end of the next business day.
• Extended on site engineering time charged at 50% discount on standard rates.
• Riverside will carry out a set of routine preventative maintenance tasks on your systems twice per annum. This will include system operation, gates, motors, underground boxes and drainage, safety system checks and access control
